Are you a roofing company?
No. Essex Roof Match receives enquiries and helps introduce customers to roofing companies. We do not survey, quote for or carry out roofing work.
What types of roofing work can I enquire about?
Repairs, leaks, new roofs, flat roofs, guttering and roofline, chimneys, leadwork and commercial roofing. If you are unsure, describe the issue in your own words.
Is the enquiry free?
Yes. There is no charge to make an enquiry through us. A contractor sets out its own charges and terms before any work.
How many roofers will receive my information?
We review each enquiry for a suitable company based on the location and work requested. We only share details for that purpose, subject to the permission you give when enquiring. If a different arrangement is needed, we will discuss it with you.
Can you guarantee a quotation or an emergency response?
No. Coverage and availability depend on the companies we work with. If water is entering your home or there is an immediate safety concern, contact an emergency roofing service directly.
Who is responsible for the work?
The roofing company is responsible for assessing the property, explaining the proposed work, providing its quotation and carrying out any agreed job. Check its credentials, insurance and terms before proceeding.
Do you cover my Essex postcode?
Tell us your full postcode and the job type. We check confirmed contractor coverage; an Essex-wide promise is not possible for every job.
